Abstract
溝通對促進師生關係極為重要。本章首先介紹了兩種主要的溝通類型：鼓勵性溝通 (inviting communication) 對師生關係助益良多，抑制性溝通 (inhibiting communication) 則否；繼而討論溝通的障礙，例如使用標籤、說教和質問；建議溝通時使用 “我─信息”，並介紹建立 “我─信息” 的步驟。本章亦介紹積極聆聽的技巧。教師可藉對等性的溝通與聆聽技巧，建立良好的師生關係。通過分析用以維持師生關係的各種策略，教師可學習如何把該等策略應用在自己的課堂上。 Copyright © 2008 香港大學出版社.
