「人人都有機會」: 學校超常兒童教育啟示

Abstract

新時期的人才觀促使超常兒童從「天生的」向「發展的」觀念拓展,突顯超常兒童教育對人才培養的科學認知與多元支持。本研究運用文本分析和深入訪談相結合的定性研究方法,透過師生共同回顧性敘事的微觀視角,並以中國大陸地區的職校生成長為高技能人才的真實歷程為例,探討了在超常兒童教育背景下,各種因素在促進或阻礙學生資賦能力發展中的影響。結論指出超常兒童教育不一定是學校教育目標,但學校也應包括超常教育計畫要做的事項。學校教育應以興趣發展為基本策略,以過程評估為基礎支撐,為所有學生提供差異化的教育環境與成長機會。
The talent understanding from the "inherent" to "developmental" perspective highlights the change of knowledge and diversified support to “supernormal children”. With the qualitative approach of text analysis and in-depth interviews, this case study reported how a graduate in the vocational training school in mainland China became the highly skilled talent. Factors enhancing or hindering the ability development were discussed. In conclusion, schools need not aim at educating “supernormal children”, but their work should include all opportunities for talent development.
