Abstract
本文分析了五代文風的幾種傾向和五代文體的主要特徵,指出五代主導的文學觀念、創作風氣及其與政治地域的關係。「五代體」的主導風格是傷時憤世、吟唱豔情和潤色王澤。北宋淳化(990-994)以前雖然否定五代衰世,卻承襲五代「與天文共麗」、「感惠澤而發頌聲」的頌美文觀。景德、大中祥符(1004-1016)始批評五代文風「頌聲彫缺」,慶曆(1041-1048)以後進一步批評「五代體」文若無氣、拘於聲律。宋人對「五代體」的論述並非出自對文學史的客觀分析,而是呼應著當時革新政治和文風的理念,因此宋初一百年間,對「五代體」的認識和批評,其發展都與北宋詩文觀念的演變同步。北宋對「五代體」的概括也存在不同階段的認識差異。
The leading style of “Five dynasties style” is resenting and sorrowing over times, embellishing sentiments, as well as polishing the grace of emperor. Its writing style is mainly in four-word clauses, and inherits literary features – a mixture of uneven and parallel styles – which introduced by Lu Zhi of mid-Tang period. Although literati of pre-Chunhua period (990-994) of Northern Song Dynasty denied the decay of the Five dynasties, they actually followed the Five dynasties literary views of praising beauty such as “sharing beauty with astronomy” and “expressing voice of praise due to being favored”. During the Jingde and Dazhong Xiangfu periods (1004-1016), literati began to criticize literary style of the Five dynasties as “a deficiency of the voice of praise”. After the Qingli period (1041-1048), literati even criticized this style as writings without breadth of spirit and being limited by tones and rhymes. Most Song literati’s comments on “Five Dynasties style” were evolutions corresponding to ideas raised in the Song Dynasty, such as voices of prosperous times, and literary works for ritual and musical functions.
