中小學教師對新課程改革認同感的個案分析:來自重慶市北碚實驗區兩所學校的調查報告

Abstract

教師的認同感對決定課程改革成敗而言非常關鍵。本研究對重慶市北碚實驗區的兩所學校進行了個案分析,同時也對認同感測量工具的適應性問題進行了初步探討。結果表明,該測量工具的信度和效度都比較滿意;兩校教師對新課程改革的認同程度較高,其中小學教師的認同感又高於初中教師;教師都比較熱愛教學工作;然而,新課程改革中的各種資源支持還不充分,導致新課程的實用性降低。
Teachers’ receptivity is an important affecting factor in the reform of curriculum. The authors of this report investigated two schools in Beibei District, Chongqing, and preliminarily analyze the adaptability of the receptivity-measuring tool in this article. The results indicate that: (1)the questionnaire is effective and reliable; (2)the receptivity of investigated teachers to the new curriculum reform is high, and the receptivity of elementary school teachers is higher than that of secondary teachers; (3)most of the investigated teachers love their job; and, (4)however, the resource supply is not enough in this reform, thus the practicality of the new curriculum is negatively affected.
