Abstract
中國近代曾出現過三次規模較大的禁煙運動。一次是在道光年間，一次是在光緒末年，一次是在民國時期。這三次禁煙運動雖然取得過一些成績，但都未能完成徹底禁煙的任務，結果形成了鴉片禁而不絕，流毒愈傳愈廣的情形。
In modern China, there occurred three large-scaled opium-banning campaigns respectively in the reign of Emperor Daoguang, in the late days of the reign of Emperor Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty and during the period of the Republic of China. Although each of the three opium-banning campaigns did make some achievements, it failed to thoroughly accomplish the mission of banning opium completely.
