Project Details

Description

This study aims to address the critical issue of sleep restriction in emerging adults through a theory-based and evidence-based two-week home-based 90-minute night-time sleep-extension (SE) program tailored to individuals according to their baseline sleep patterns, circadian preference and feasibility (barriers) factors to maximize adherence, efficacy and ecological validity.
