Description

This project will focus on improving Chinese dyslexic children’s reading comprehension by using Big6 model via multimedia learning approach. The major activities of this project will be to develop and evaluate the reading strategies integrating into the Big6 model as well as present the articles by tablets for increasing students’ learning motivations in small groups. This teaching method is expected to improve dyslexic students’ reading comprehension in both of long text (article comprehension) and short text (sentence comprehension). Furthermore, the raising motivation of dyslexic students can also be expected to lead to their further success in the future.
