This study has four objectives: 1. To understand teachers’ usage and adoption patterns of open educational resources; 2. To understand teachers’ concerns and barriers regarding the uses of open educational resources; 3. To collect concrete suggestions to inform the on-going and future development of open educational resources; 4. To collect concrete suggestions to inform school policies on using open educational resources.
