Description
This project seeks to provide a pilot program to train the large number of under-qualified and poorly motivated rural teachers. As part of the training, the teachers will not only improve skills in interactive teaching, but also develop awareness of curriculum relevance and teaching philosophy appropriate to the student in China's rural environment.
