REAL Programme - Curriculum review

Project: Other project

Project Details

Description

The objective of the REAL programme is to foster students' interest in learning English through the enjoyable activity of playing rugby in a safe and controlled environment. The Rugby for Good (RFG) initiative, in collaboration with the British Council, developed a booklet on rugby several years ago. RFG has adapted this content to align with the sporting context. With an approved budget, RFG aims to collaborate with Dr. Chow Chi Ching Gary at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) and experienced English teachers from primary schools who have extensive knowledge in physical education (PE) and English language teaching. Their involvement will include reviewing the teaching materials and coaching plans. The purpose of this project is to provide expertise in reviewing the curriculum of the REAL Programme, as well as the associated teaching materials and learning activities.
