Provision of Advisory Service for Developing Learning and Teaching Resources for Visual Arts Education (Primary 1 – Secondary 3) for Students with Intellectual Disability

For continuous development and consolidating the experiences on the effective teaching practices obtained from the previous project, the third stage of the curriculum development for the Visual Arts education (Primary 1 – Secondary 3) for students with ID will be initiated in the 2022/23 school year. Based on previous project outcomes, the project team will continue to enrich the examples of learning activities for the two learning strands of Visual Arts learning and produce a resource package to better present learning and teaching resources of Visual Arts for students with ID at primary and junior Secondary levels. Moreover, seminars will be conducted for Visual Arts teachers of special schools to strengthen their professional knowledge and capacity of effective teaching in Visual Arts. The duration of this project shall be ten months starting from October 31 2022 to August 31 2023.
