Description

this program aims at enhancing older adult’s physical activity promotion by using the Train-the-trainer approach. We will partner with two professional non-government organisations (i.e., the Sports Medicine and Sports Science Association of Hong Kong, China and the Sports Association for Older Adults in Hong Kong, China) to develop and evaluate the content of a TTT training kit for tutors and instructors.
