Description
JC InnoPower Education Fellowship is a 15-month programme designed to support Hong Kong school principals and leaders to broaden their exposure and enhance their change leadership skills and capacity to collectively build future-ready, inclusive schools and systems. Co-created with the Education University of Hong Kong, the programme offers core fellowship components delivered through a unique collaborative learning and training format with intensive coaching support that leverages the wealth of experience and expertise and a learning network that nurtures school innovation, collaboration and fosters collective problem-solving, accelerating Hong Kong's transformation towards future-ready and inclusive school system.
