Over the past year, schools, educators, students and parents across the globe have all been facing unprecedented challenges in teaching and learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As time goes by, stakeholders of the education industry gradually adapt to and embrace the new normal of education by transforming from face-to-face to hybrid mode of teaching and learning. This research conducts a bilingual survey with school leaders and educators from local community in order to understand thoroughly educators’ experience, concerns and room for improvement on hybrid learning
