    In this research, we are interested in studying the impact of mindfulness training programs on the psychosocial factors (Attention control, Emotional regulation), and the relationship between academic self-concept, learning motivation and academic results of HK students from Band 3 schools. A 12-week mindfulness program will be developed for adolescents in Hong Kong secondary school settings with emphasis on the attention control and emotional regulation that might directly impact on academic self-concept, learning motivation, and finally influence academic performances.
