Description
This project aims to evaluate the effectiveness of dietary monitoring apps in promoting eating behaviour towards a balanced diet among younger adults. The objectives include evaluating the effect of dietary monitoring apps in changing (1) nutritional knowledge, (2) consumption of fruits and vegetables, (3) consumption of salts and sugars and (4) consumption of whole grains among younger adults.
