The project is designed to provide a learning experience for about 160 senior teachers from a wide range of Hong Kong secondary schools to enable them to assume a more effective leadership role in support of their school's improvement effort. The project purposes to run a leadership training program for these senior teachers in two separate cohorts, each with a participant number of around 80, over a period of 2 months. There are 2 stages in each cohort, namely, 6-day intensive direct instructional program and a school visit learning experience.
