提升中層領導能力，加速學校效能發展 Enhancing School Leadership Capacity for Accelerated School Improvement in the Primary Schools

The project is designed to provide a learning experience for about 240 senior teachers from a wide range of Hong Kong primary schools to enable them to assume a more effective leadership role in support of their school improvement effort. The project purposes to run a leadership training program for these senior teachers in three separate cohorts, each with a participant number of 80, over a period of 12 months. The project is funded by QEF.
