目的在小學開發合適的評估表觀察、辨認及發掘在科學方面較資優的小學生，透過培訓課程幫助教師培育具科學資優行為的學生，成為「科學探究大使」，發展科學探究技能，進行科學專題探究研習，強化香港小學科學教育。
