The SPI Outstanding Reviewer Award is a new annual recognition process by which the journal seeks to award one reviewer each year. It is consistent with the mission of School Psychology International (SPI) to provide high quality reviews in order to ensure rigorous and meaningful scholarship in the field of school psychology. The editorial board would like to recognize the exemplary reviewers who volunteer hours contributing to the field, as we appreciate both the quality and quantity of the reviews they put forth.
In order to be considered for this prestigious award, the following eligibility criteria must be met:
• Must hold Reviewer, Associate Editor, or Methodological Advisor status
• Must have completed a minimum of four reviews within the most recent calendar year
• Reviews must meet very high quality standards and be determined to contribute to an improved quality of manuscripts published in the journal
