Alex has established a track record in conducting research in personal finance, personal finance education, personalized financial intervention, and financial counseling and planning. His research is published in international top journals such as International Journal of Bank Marketing, Technology in Society, British Journal of Educational Technology, and Social Science & Medicine. His work serves both financial customers, aiming to improve their financial behaviors, and financial service providers, aiming to optimize their marketing strategies. Alex has received research grants from the Investor and Financial Education Council in Hong Kong SAR and the Chief Executive's Policy Unit.
