ZHANG Yuefeng is currently an Assistant Professor of Department of Curriculum and Instruction in the Education University of Hong Kong, Vice President of Hong Kong Society of Small Class Teaching, and a Council member of The World Association of Lesson Study. Her main research interests and publications focus on effective learning and teaching, teacher professional development and school leadership. She has led many school-support projects which aimed to enhance teaching and learning, promote teacher professional development and develop schools, such as Learning Study projects, learning circles of cooperative learning, and professional learning communities of teachers. She has conducted workshops on effective teaching and learning to principals and teachers in Hong Kong, mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Austria.
