先後獲得語文教育榮譽學士、中國語言及文學文學碩士、學校諮商與輔導文學碩士及教育博士。主要研究範疇包括中國語文教學、中國歷史教學、情意教學、輔導學、正向心理學等,著有繪本《煩惱獅與魔法兔》、《煩惱獅與螃蟹先生》、《我們來自心臨村》;設計及策劃桌上遊戲《勇闖迷霧森林》;著有專書《西遊記教學提升學生正向心理成效》、《提升教學法知識:以虛擬實境教授中國歷史促進學生正向心理》;曾發表論文及文章包括〈薩提爾模式應用於《西遊記》教學促進正向心理之探究〉、〈透過繪本閱讀提升正向心理〉、〈透過繪本閱讀提升正向心理〉、“The Contribution of the Satir Model to Positive Psychology for Language Teachers”、〈中國歷史科品德情意教學:以歷史人物為中心〉、〈結合沙維雅模式的繪本共讀流程〉、〈中國歷史科品德情意教學:以歷史人物為中心〉、〈兒童繪本在情緒教學上的運用〉等。獲得香港教育大學人文學院2023/24學院教學獎,亦為第二屆「想創你未來——初創作家出版資助計劃」繪本組獲獎者。
