Eddie has got more than 15 years work experience in the education sector, and has served locally for several universities including Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Department of Building and Real Estate), University of Hong Kong (Faculty of Education) and Hong Kong Baptist University (Department of Management). He has also worked overseas as a lecturer at School of Management, Queensland University of Technology, Australia and a senior lecturer at Southern Cross Business School, Southern Cross University, Australia. He earned his first PhD in Project Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and his second PhD in Business Management from The University of New South Wales (Australia). He also completed postgraduate programs from several well-known universities, including University of London (the UK), The University of Hong Kong, University of Leicester (the UK), and Griffth University (Australia). He is an active researcher and has published more than 70 papers in mainstream journals. He has presented in international conferences and is well received by colleagues in the field of construction economics and project management. His research interests include transfer of training, research methods and analyses, and teaching and learning. According to Google Scholar, his h-index is 37 and i10-index is 52 (as at 23 January 2017).
