Dr. Tony Yee Tat-leung obtained his Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). His research topics include Nonlinear Analysis, Paninleve Analysis on integrable systems. Dr. Yee was the recipient of Din-Yu Hsieh Best Teaching Award, Honorably-Mentioned Teaching Assistants in the Department of Mathematics. In 2001, he was also awarded the Croucher Foundation Fellowship and worked with Professor Robert Conte as a Postdoctoral Fellow at a French government-funded technological research center (SPEC/CEA) in Paris. Before joining the Hong Kong Institute of Education (now The Education University of Hong Kong), he had been a Teaching Fellow as well as a Research Associate at the HKUST for five years.
