Dr George Siu-keung NGAI is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Education Policy and Leadership. He holds a doctorate from the University of Hull, England. His research interests and projects cover various aspects of the field of education including citizenship education, principal leadership, gender and small class teaching. Dr Ngai teaches a range of courses related to the area of philosophy and sociology of education, life skills and general education. He helps to run programs related to principal training and certification for principalship in Hong Kong. He himself holds the award of the certification for principalship issued by the Education Bureau. Besides, Dr Ngai is a school manager of a primary school and a secondary school in Hong Kong.
