Dr. FUNG Shu Fun, Associate Professor of the Department of Literature and Cultural Studies, joined the Institute in 1995. His research areas focus on the academic history of philosophy in Qin and Han dynasties, ancient Chinese humanities, and the development of oral education in Hong Kong. Dr. Fung has authored book chapters in the fields of ancient China and Chinese language education. He has been invited to provide consultancy services to primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong and advise on major debate competitions.
