Dr. Lin received her PhD degree in Social Psychology from Lehigh University, U.S. She is broadly interested in social cognitive processes that explain biased judgment and decision making. Her first line of work examines implicit biases and trust decisions in social interactions. Her second line of work applies the literature of intergroup processes into studying how teacher behavior (such as differential teacher expectations) contributes to student learning and psychosocial adjustment.
