Dr. Peggy Or is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health & Physical Education. She is a Play and Creative Arts Therapies. In 2025, she became a Certified Supervisor of Play and Creative Arts Therapy (Play Therapy UK) and the Course Director for Play Therapy International (PTI/PTHK).
Peggy is obtained her Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and she is also an accredited General Mediator and holds a certification as a Professional in Healthcare Quality. She earned her Ph.D. in Infection Control from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
In 2024, Peggy was invited to conduct a workshop titled "The Golden Bridges" at the Play Therapy Asia Conference, partnering with the Hong Kong team. In 2013, she was invited to review the Pacific Open Learning Health Net (POLHN), an online module for the World Health Organization (WHO). In 2012, Peggy provided technical assistance on infection control and developed a training curriculum for infection control staff in Mongolia. Additionally, she participated in the Pandemic Flu Prevention and Preparedness Programme organized by the WHO in Geneva in 2008, for which she provided an educational training kit on "Infectious Control Measures for Healthcare of Acute Respiratory Diseases (ARDs) in Community Settings.
