"Ms. Cheung Lai Ha joined the Fine Arts Department of HKIEd in 1995, and has involved in teacher education in early childhood sector since 1996. She got her B.Ed.(Art education) degree in the University of East Anglia and M.Ed.(curriculum studies) in the University of Hong Kong. At present, she is studying a EdD progam with the focus in visual arts assessment of pre-school children in the University of Sydney, Technology.
Her research interest is visual arts education and has actively participated in curriculum consultation and collaboration projects with schools. She shares her ideas through books like 幼兒美術、幼兒創意之天與地、兒童音體美綜合活動的探索. She is now the curriculum consultant in visual arts of the HKIEd laboratory kindergarten.
Occasionally, she participates in exhibitions and competitions in photography and mixed media. She had been a docent and conducted guided tours in three galleries of the Hong Kong Museum of Art from 1994 to 2005 and once got the awards of Outstanding Docent in 1999 and 2000 respectively.

"A consultant in the curriculum committee of the laboratory kindergarten, Early Childhood Learning Centre (ECLC) of the Hong Kong Institute of Education, from 2001 to 2006, 2008 to present.
Invited guest speaker in seminars on children arts Education organized by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council on 31 July 2006.
A member out of 15 investigators in a project of “A Curriculum-based Child Assessment Model for Quality Education childhood Programme” that funded HK$1,504,900. from the 8th round Quality Education Fund, EMB from 1 August 2005 to 31 August 2007.
Invited tutor for workshops on “Pre-primary Education Curriculum: Visual Arts and Creativity” organized by Education Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2008 and 2009.
Invited external supervisor for school inspection by the Direc��o dos Servi�os de Educa��o e Juventude 教育暨青年局 in Macau in 2008 and 2009."
