WONG Kwok Sai, Tricia 黃國茜

Dr. Wong Kwok Sai Tricia is currently a Principal Lecturer in the Department of Early Childhood Education. She is also the Associate Head ( Field Experience) of Department of Early Childhood Education of the Education University of Hong Kong. Her research areas include educational administration, principal leadership, teacher professional training, home-school-community collaboration . She is mainly engaged in pre-service and in-service teacher training for early childhood education. In addition to teaching courses in "Education Administration and Management" and "Curriculum Design and Development", she also serves as a practicum supervisor and project supervisor for undergraduate students. She has developed a number of Professional training courses for kindergarten teachers and principals in early childhood education. She has been actively involved in both external and internal projects such as the QEF, TDG and faculty projects. Her recent publication include: “The current situation and development of Early Childhood Education in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan”, “ Promoting Pre-school Quality Book Series: Management and Organization”,《華人社會的幼兒教育：課程與教學》,《華人社會的幼兒教育: 家校與社區協作》and《校長領導的實踐》。

Dr Tricia Wong was appointed to be a national teacher trainer of the National Teacher Training Programme in Yunnan Province, China in 2012 and 2013. She was appointed to be an external reviewer of the Accreditation Exercise for Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic & Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) in 2020.
