Dr Tsui has extensive experience in early childhood education teacher and principalship training. She has appointed as Programme Coordinator and Field Experience Coordinator since 2005 and Course Coordinator for Principalship Certificate Course for Kindergarten (2009-2011). Numerous preschools and institutions in Hong Kong recognize her expertise and contributions in early childhood education. She is a consultant to numerous kindergartens as well as trainers and advisors for more than 50 preschools. Her area of research and teaching are in teaching quality as well as preschool quality assurance. Her projects involve teacher professional development, school-based quality assurance, teaching and learning in early childhood education and health promoting kindergartens.

External Appointments
(1) Dr. Tsui was appointed as an Independent School Manager in Sheung Shui Alliance Primary School from March 2009. (2) She was invited to be an Extenal Course Assessor by Open University of Hong Kong from March 2008 to June 2009. (3) She was invited to involved in community service to over 30 preschools and involvement in school development and staff development seminars. (4) She was invited to be School-based Quality Assurance Consultant for numerous preschools and Curriculum Consultant since 2001. (5) She was invited to deliver talks to preschool parents since 2000.
