Dr Kai Wai HUANG, Willy is a Lecturer in the Department of Asian and Policy Studies, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences. His research focuses on labour economics (wage and employment differentials, unemployment and employment duration, elderly employment), microeconomics (income mobility and inequality) and social security (MPF schemes).
Dr. Huang earned his BA and MPhil in Economics from the Lingnan University, Hong Kong and his PhD degree from the University of Birmingham, U.K. Before pursuing his PhD study, he has been research assistant in the Lingnan University, Hong Kong. He also has solid teaching experiences in tertiary institutions in Hong Kong and the U.K.
