Dr. Christina Han, senior lecturer in the Department of Early Childhood Education, joined the EdUHK in 1996. Dr. Han earned her PhD in the University of Western Sydney, Australia. Her M. Ed. degree was from the University of Hong Kong. Her major research projects are mainly on principal leadership and management, information technologies in education, blended learning, school improvement, managing changes and innovation. In addition, Dr. Han is a member of OCT (Ontario Certified Teacher, Canada), and a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in Ontario, Canada. Prior her work in EdUHK, she taught high school in Canada and primary school in Hong Kong. Dr. Han also worked as a principal in a kindergarten, and a part time lecturer in Baptist University and Hong Kong University.
